Over the years Wellness and Beauty in the Hotel Alpenheim – Charming Hotel & SPA have been developed in a careful and planned way.

In the course of the years the wellness oasis “Soreghina” has been changed, renewed and expanded again and again and adapted to the needs of our guests and now it presents itself in its new style and unique atmosphere. Soreghina

Soreghina is a wonderful figure from the world famous legends of the Dolomites. There she embodies the light, the brightness, the day, the glow of life. We have decided to name the Alpenheim Wellness oasis after this figure because she exudes and personifies very well the atmosphere we wanted to create by building our wellness oasis - and that is light, brightness and happiness: elixir of life for our souls as well.

Sauna

Can you think of anything more pleasant than a sauna visit after a day spent walking or skiing? Relax and chill out in our generously devised sauna area. Finnish sauna, steam baths in the Turkish bath, a Vitarium biological sauna, aroma showers, whirlpools and sun beds are waiting for you. This is sparkling and refreshing life. After the sauna enjoy some strokes in the swimming pool. A gate leads you to our outdoor pool, so you can literally swim directly towards the South Tyrolean world of mountains. Pleasant relaxation areas with extravagant possibilities to lie down encourage you to take a break. This is where holiday becomes pleasure because in our wellness oasis “Soreghina” routine and stress stand no chance.

Swimming pool

Since 2008 the Hotel Alpenheim – Charming Hotel & SPA in Val Gardena/Gröden also owns a swimming pool. It is part of the newly devised wellness area “Soreghina”. By the way, this name is taken from the world famous legends of the Dolomites. With a water area of about 600 square metres, an indoor and outdoor pool and a breathtaking panoramic view, the swimming pool area has become a real attraction of our house. Through a gate you can directly swim towards the mountain world of the Dolomites. Our guests can choose between relaxing outdoors or indoors. The water comes from our excellent mountain sources in Val Gardena/Gröden and is heated to a pleasant temperature.

Beauty

After a prolonged visit to our Alpenheim SPA everybody will notice how good you are feeling. Allow yourself to be spoilt by various beauty treatments. In our wellness reception you will be introduced to the various offers and you can book the treatment. Lie down and relax, we will do the rest. Efficient and experienced staff will take you to the reign of beauty.

You will literally dive into it! Our baths, especially the baths after Vitalis Dr.Joseph, have had a long tradition in the Hotel Alpenheim – Charming Hotel & SPA and are very popular with our guests. The reason for their popularity can only partly be described with words, one possibility being “beneficial relaxation”. You definitely need to experience them yourself to understand their real effect! Baths are the origin of all wellness methods. That is when it all began – more than thousand years ago. And that is what you still do today – you step into the bathtub and just feel good. Essential oils, natural herbs and various basic products guarantee beneficial enjoyment.

Vitalis

We will spoil you in our “Vitalis”-tub. You will dive into the wonderful experience of a bath. Vitalis is an extensive bathing concept with after-effect of high quality experience. The treatment with its pleasant effect consists of seven elements: relaxation and inner peace, case history, tea, hydro- foot bath, reaction time including compresses and special massages. This is as beautiful as bathing can be. Be it in field thyme and stone pine, arnica and St.John’s wort, marigold and camomile, hay flower and juniper, or many other amazing combinations – we will make your bath to a unique experience.

Have you ever experienced what it feels like when tiredness suddenly disappears as if blown away? What it is like to feel fresh and full of energy again? A hay flower bath brings about this change. For centuries hay baths have been a method tried and tested by South Tyrolean mountain farmers to alleviate their rheumatic pains and back aches. Most probably they did not realise the beneficial effect these baths also had on their skin and spirit. For them getting rid of the pain was the sole purpose. Our bath offers also include an algae bath or a romantic evening primrose oil bath. Our staff at the wellness reception will gladly inform and help you choose.
