All rooms are equipped with tub baths or showers, phone and ISDN connection, Sat-TV, safe, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, and most rooms have a balcony. The hotel features a lift, a dining room, a house bar with cosy fireplace, a winter garden, a comfortable Stube, a wine store and a large swimming pool and wellness area.

Reduced rates

for children accommodated in their parents' room or suite (in additional cots) occupied by two full payers:
• infants up to 3 years: € 35 - € 65
• children aged 3 to 8 years: -50%
• children aged 8 to 15 years: -30%
• children aged 15 and up: -20%
The reductions relate to the requisite daily rates or week specials. Further reductions for children at certain times of the year.

Arrival/departure times

Your room will be ready for you by 3 p.m. Please vacate your room by 11 a.m. on your day of departure. Please inform us beforehand if you plan to arrive after 6 p.m.

Booking

Your booking will be firm upon receipt of your reservation in writing and a deposit/prepayment of 30% of the stay. Deposits may be made by money order, bank transfer, VISA Card or ONLINE PAYMENTS .
The payment transaction in the hotel:
For the final account we accept cash payment and the credit cards Eurocard, Visa, Mastercard (no Diners Club), Bancomat or EC Card. Please check in time the limit of your EC Card!

Belated arrival, anticipated departure or stay withdrawal (cancellation):  
In case of belated arrival or anticipated departure varying the agreed reservation, the full price of stay will be charged.
Cancellation: It is an irritating situation for everyone, if someone withdrawals in the last minute and we have a free room even though others liked to come. Therefore we recommend:

Trip cancellation insurance

Dear guests,
we realise that insecurity prevails at the moment, but we also know that many people are looking forward to their holidays. In order to help you at this particular time, we have adjusted our cancellation policy for the coming summer 22:
cancellation possible up to 42 days before arrival (deposit will be converted into a voucher for a future stay-in case of government lookdown).

We recommend in any case the TRAVEL INSURANCE! (just follow the link).

Otherwise in case of a cancellation NOT COVID19;
up to 42 days before the beginning of the holiday, we will send you back the deposit, (with a deduction of € 85 per room for administrative costs) after 42 days, the deposit/ prepayment, will be returned to us. You will be charged 80% of your stay till 2 weeks before your arrival.
After 2 weeks before the start of your holiday, 100% of the total agreed price will be charged. In the event of a late arrival or early departure, we will charge the entire stay!

Other

• For a double room as single use we charge a small surcharge of 45% up to 75%.
• Dogs are welcome. Please notify us in advance.
• We regret that the various specials cannot be booked cumulatively or combined with each other.
