Tobogganing in ValGardena/Gröden – fun for the whole family in South Tyrol |
| |
Six kilometres on two runners till the foot of the valley. In Ortisei/St.Ulrich this is no problem at all. Because if we say “good for skiing and tobogganing”, that is what we mean. From the station at the top end of the brand-new Raschötz funicular railway there is a 6000 –metre- run down to Ortisei/St.Ulrich. Tobogganing becomes immense fun for the whole family.
The Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm and some other areas of Val Gardena/Gröden also offer various possibilities for great tobogganing runs. It goes without saying that tobogganing on ski slopes is forbidden for security reasons. Another possibility to enjoy the snow is to do a romantic trip on a horse-drawn sleigh. Pulled by steaming horses you are taken to places of incredible beauty. |
